Whether you are a new client just learning the basics, or an existing user who wants to learn how to utilize Velos more effectively, our experts can show you how Velos can eliminate those endless stacks of paper on your desk, allowing you to focus on your real goal: successful patient care. Our team of trainers includes a former dialysis nurse and an experienced medical biller who can offer you a comprehensive understanding of both the Clinical and Financial Velos products. Online Training
ASI also offers online training courses, perfect for those in need of a quick refresher course or who have specific questions about using a certain function. Using our state-of-the-art equipment, we can shadow a Velos session at your facility through a secure internet connection and communicate on a conference call. This allows our experts to walk you through each step of a process in Velos as if we were beside you, without the costly travel expenses. Classes can be set up at your convenience, in periods of two or four hours. You can have as many or as few users participate as you like, depending on whether you want an individualized lesson or a broad overview for all the users in your facility.
